  1.  (7) LIMITED WARRANTY: Fugue Software warrants to owners of
  2.  registered copies of WinSys95 that the software will operate
  3.  in accordance with the description given in the documentation,
  4.  and that the diskette and manual will be free of physical
  5.  defects which interfere with normal use. For a period of 90
  6.  days from the date of your purchase of WinSys95, Fugue
  7.  Software will, at its sole option and subject to the
  8.  restrictions above and below, repair or replace any defective
  9.  item(s), or refund the purchase price of any diskette and/or
  10.  manual and/or any other parts or components of WinSys95 found
  11.  to be defective, if such defect is the fault of Fugue Software
  12.  and not the result of misuse or abuse.  Such a refund, repair,
  13.  or replacement shall be your sole remedy for any defects,
  14.  program error(s), or documentation error(s). In no event shall
  15.  Fugue Software be responsible for any other costs or damages
  16.  whatsoever due to errors in usage or your failure to read,
  17.  understand, or follow instructions in the documentation.
  18.  FUGUE SOFTWARE MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
  19.  INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY
  20.  AND OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Fugue Software's
  21.  warranty is expressly limited to the cost of replacement of any
  22.  defective diskette or other part.
